Bronx DA: Bronx Man Sentenced to 17 Years for Fatal 2019 Subway Shooting of James Cubille
Bronx District Attorney Darcel D. Clark announced on Wednesday, Jan. 12, that a Bronx man has been sentenced to 17 years in prison after pleading guilty to first-degree manslaughter for fatally shooting a man in a subway station in 2019. In reference to the news, Clark said, “The defendant got into an argument with a man inside a busy Bronx subway station and heartlessly shot him in front of the victim’s five-year-old son and multiple commuters.
