Bronx District Attorney Darcel D. Clark announced on Thursday, July 21, that a Bronx teacher has been sentenced to three years in prison and 10 years post release supervision for raping and sexually assaulting a 13-year-old girl who was one of his students.   In the context of the announcement, Clark said, “The defendant used his position of power to engage in a sexual relationship with a 13-year-old girl.
