The NYPD is seeking the public’s assistance in locating a 28-year-old man from Baychester who has been reported missing.   It was reported to the police that Joshua Lopez, of 3031 Mickle Avenue in Baychester, was last seen Monday, Aug. 29, at around 5.56 a.m., leaving 1470 Outlook Avenue in the Country Club section of the borough. Lopez is described as being around 5 feet, 9 inches tall, weighs 280 pounds, has brown eyes and black hair. He was last seen wearing a black shirt, blue shorts and blue/white sneakers.   Anyone with information regarding this missing person is asked
