On Tuesday, April 6, 2021 at 5.59 a.m., an off-duty, New York City employee was arrested and charged in the 45th precinct, which covers Co-op City and City Island in The Bronx. Crystal Soto, 31, a New York City social worker in the Administration for Children’s Services was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, criminal possession of a weapon, criminal possession of stolen property and criminal possession of a firearm.   Her name does not appear on the ACS website.
