The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance identifying the individual shown in the attached photo who is wanted for questioning in connection to a burglary which took place within the confines of the 52nd precinct. On Tuesday, June 2, 2020 at approximately 9:50 a.m., an unidentified individual entered a residential location in the vicinity of Marion Avenue and East 193 Street through an unlocked front door. Police said that an 18-year-old male was accidentally struck in the chest by a lit firework on Wednesday, Jun. 17, 2020 at 00:56 a.m. in front of 2410 University Avenue, within the confines of the 52nd precinct. EMS responded and the person was transported to NY Presbyterian Hospital. At this time is it unclear if the man was targeted by someone with the fireworks or not. The man’s injuries are not considered life-threatening. On Sunday June 7, 2020, police reported that a Mount Vernon man had been arrested for criminal possession of an AR-15 semi-automatic rifle and criminal possession of a loaded firearm on Tuesday, June 2, at 11 p.m. in front of Behan’s Public House at 4299 Katonah Avenue in the Woodlawn Heights section of The Bronx. On Monday, Jun. 15, 2020 at approximately 10:30 p.m., police responded to a 911 call of a motor vehicle collision in the vicinity of 30 East 208th Street within the confines of the 52nd precinct. Upon arrival at the location, officers observed a 2017 BMW Suburban which had overturned. Further investigation revealed that a 36-year-old male passenger of the vehicle grabbed hold of the steering wheel after a verbal argument took place with the 35-year-old female driver.
