Update – Bedford Park: Man Stabbed and Dragged onto Street, Woman Charged with Murder

  Detectives from the 52nd precinct are investigating their second stabbing homicide of the weekend, after a woman apparently stabbed a man and dragged him out onto the street, apparently leaving him for dead.   According to an NYPD source, the department received a call to 911 at 7.13 a.m. on Sunday, October 11, of a man stabbed at 2837 Valentine Avenue, at the corner of East 198 Street in the Bedford Park section of the Bronx. NYS Tax Department Reminds New Yorkers of Oct. 15 Deadline to File Income Tax Returns

Update – Man Arrested for Murder of 29-Year-Old Man in Norwood

On Friday, Oct. 9, 2020 at approximately 8 p.m., police responded to a 911 call regarding a man who was stabbed at the corner of Jerome Avenue and East Gun Hill Road, within the confines of the 52nd precinct.   Upon arrival, officers observed a 29-year-old man who had sustained a stab wound to his chest. EMS responded to the location and transported the victim to Jacobi Medical Center, where he was pronounced deceased.
