As record numbers of New Yorkers vote by absentee ballot in the upcoming Nov. 3 election, many have been dismayed to learn that they need to pay for postage in order to return their ballot. Members of the NYPD were at a Webster Avenue motel in the Norwood section of the Bronx for most of Tuesday, Oct. 20, after a 33-year-old woman was found dead in a 5th floor room. Artist in Residence at the Empire State Building Jeremy Wolff, together with Legion Paper Corp, recently gifted six pieces of artwork to Montefiore Health System.
