Cuomo, De Blasio, NY Officials Unite in Urging Congressional Reps to Provide Fair Stimulus Funding to NY

Mayor Bill de Blasio, Governor Andrew Cuomo, Senate Majority Leader Andrea Stewart-Cousins, Assembly Speaker Carl Heastie and New York labor leaders sent a letter to the New York congressional delegation on Wednesday, Dec. 9, outlining the critical need for state and local funding in any stimulus bill in order to prevent massive damage to the State of New York.   The letter was addressed to U.S. Senators Chuck Schumer, Kirstin Gillibrand and members of the New York congressional delegation. Man Shot Twice in the Chest in Olinville, Possibly Exiting Illegal Social Club

Police are looking for a gunman who opened fire on another man in the Olinville section of the Bronx. Norwood News learned that both the gunshot victim and neighborhood residents are hesitant to cooperate with the investigation.   Audio from police radio calls reported that officers from the 47th precinct responded to an emergency call from White Plains Road and East 215th Street on Sunday, Nov. 22, at 8:45 a.m. regarding a shooting. Mt Eden: 65-Year-Old Man Lying on Street Struck by Vehicle

On Thursday, Nov. 26, 2020 at around 9.11 p.m., police responded to a 911 call regarding a pedestrian who was struck by a motor vehicle at the intersection of Grand Concourse and Mount Eden Avenue, in the Mt.
