Police report a man was assaulted in the Norwood section of The Bronx on Sunday at the Jerome Avenue Men’s Shelter (JAMS), and another man has been arrested in connection with the incident. Police confirm that officers are attempting to engage in dialogue with a man who has reportedly barricaded himself inside 3100 Webster Avenue at E 204th Street in the Norwood section of The Bronx. Police confirm that two people have been arrested following the fatal stabbing of a man inside a Perry Avenue apartment in the Norwood section of The Bronx.
