Norwood: Three Sought in Jerome Avenue Robbery

Police are looking for three men wanted in connection with the assault and robbery of a man that took place on Jerome Avenue.

 

Officers from the 52nd Precinct were called to the Big G Deli, located at 3386 Jerome Avenue, at the corner of East Mosholu Parkway North, at 10:50 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 28.

 

According to a police source, the victim was approached by three males who demanded money before removing the victim’s wallet and neck chain, and before shoving the victim to the ground and fleeing the scene. The victim, who called police, was not seriously injured, according to police who added that they do not have a description of the three male suspects.
