New York Lottery officials announced Jan. 4 that there was one top-prize winning ticket sold for the Jan. 3 TAKE 5 EVENING drawing in The Bronx. They said the ticket was sold at Little Lizzie’s located at 3610 East Tremont Avenue in the Throggs Neck section of the borough, and is worth $33,521.
TAKE 5 numbers are drawn from a field of one through 39. The drawing is televised twice daily at 2.30 p.m. and 10.30 p.m. A Lottery draw game prize of any amount may be claimed up to one year from the date of the drawing.
The New York Lottery continues to be North America’s largest and most profitable Lottery, contributing $3.6 billion in fiscal year 2024-2025 to benefit public schools in New York State.
