Fordham Heights: 44-Year-Old Woman Hospitalized after Non-Fatal Shooting, Two Male Teens Sought

The NYPD is asking for the public’s help identifying the people seen in the attached video who they say are wanted in connection with a non-fatal shooting in the Fordham Heights section of The Bronx.

 

Police said that on Saturday, Sept. 9, at around 6.41 p.m., two unidentified people fired shots, striking a 44-year-old female victim in the arm inside East 188th Street and Webster Avenue. They said the victim was transported to St. Barnabas Hospital in a marked police vehicle where she was listed in stable condition. They said the suspects fled the location on Citi bikes traveling eastbound on East 188th Street.

 

Police said the first suspect is described as male, is estimated to be between 16 and 18 years of age and was last seen wearing a black sweatshirt and gray sweatpants.

 

They said the second suspect is also described as male, is also estimated to be between 16 and 18 years of age and was last seen wearing a black t-shirt and blue jeans.
