Oswald Feliz maintained his lead in the March 23 District 15 City Council special election, following three completed rounds of ranked choice voting counts by the New York City Board of Elections (BOE) on Sunday, April 11. Two Teens Sought After 17-Year-Old Male is Shot in Abdomen

Building applications have been sent to the NYC Department of Buildings for a seven-story, mixed-use building at 1330 Blondell Avenue in Westchester Square, The Bronx, as reported by YIMBY, the architecture, construction, and real estate website on Saturday, April 10.   Located between Fink Avenue and Ponton Avenue, the lot is near the Westchester Square-East Tremont Avenue subway station, serviced by the 6 train. Friends of Aqueduct Walk Call on Volunteers to Join Clean-Up on April 10
