New Face Mask Guidelines for Vaccinated People in New York State
Gov. Andrew Cuomo announced on Tuesday, April 27, that New York State will adopt the new CDC mask guidance for fully vaccinated people. Fully vaccinated individuals can conduct outdoor activities or gather without wearing a mask outdoors except in certain crowded settings and venues. Read the full CDC guidance. According to the CDC, if you’ve been fully vaccinated: You can gather indoors with fully vaccinated people without wearing a mask or staying 6 feet apart. You can gather indoors with unvaccinated people of any age from one other household (for example, visiting with relatives who all live together)
