Coalition Announces ‘Historic’ Community Benefits Agreement at Kingsbridge Armory

In a press release sent out this morning, the Northwest Bronx Community and Clergy Coalition announced what it called a ‘historic’ community benefits agreement with the partners with the Kingsbridge National Ice Center, one of two developers vying to take over the long-vacant Kingsbridge Armory.

Board 7 and DOT Host Meeting to Discuss Oval Park Safety Issues

Community Board 7 will be hosting a meeting with the Department of Transportation to discuss proposed pedestrian safety improvements along Reservoir Oval/Williamsbridge Oval Park. All are welcome and encouraged to attend the meeting on Wednesday, April 17, from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. at the Mosholu Montefiore Medical Community Center, 3450 DeKalb Avenue at East Gun Hill Road.
