Pedestrian access to The Bronx’s Jerome Park Reservoir is a no go according to the NYC Department of Environmental Protection (DEP), news that is bound to disappoint local residents of Kingsbridge Heights, Bedford Park and Van Cortlandt Village, neighborhoods which border the reservoir.
