Police are searching for an assailant who is wanted in connection with an assault of a woman which took place inside a Norwood residential building.   According to police officials, officers from the 52nd precinct were called to a four-story building at 371 East 204th Street at Webster Avenue, at 12:40 p.m. on Sunday, Feb. 27.
