Andrew Sandler, Community Board 7’s district manager who took a leave of absence in late January for an undisclosed medical condition, is expected to return to his post next month. A couple of Bronx thieves remain on the run two weeks after they entered a phone store in Norwood and made off with an iPad. The suspects were captured on video browsing around the AT&T store at 3430 Jerome Ave. within the boundaries of the Jerome-Gun Hill Business Improvement District on Saturday, April 29 around 1:30 p.m. One of the thieves swiped the iPad from the display table, and bolting with his accomplice without paying, according to police.
