The NYPD is asking for the public’s help identifying the people seen in the attached video who they say are wanted in connection with a robbery and assault that occurred in Bedford Park.
Police said that on Saturday, Oct. 11, at around 9.20 p.m. in front of 357 East 195th Street, three unidentified males approached a 46-year-old male victim and struck him with a bat. “One unidentified individual then forcibly removed the victim’s backpack which contained $1000,” a spokesperson said. “The three unidentified males fled on foot to parts unknown.”
Police said EMS responded and transported the victim to St. Barnabas Hospital in stable condition.
