Indoor Dining Increases to 50 Percent Capacity from March 19

  Indoor dining in New York City will expand to 50 percent capacity, effective March 19, according to New York State Gov. Andrew Cuomo. Wallace Avenue Shooting latest in String of Recent Pelham Parkway Violent Incidents

Update: Man Dies in Fatal Motorcycle Collision on Major Deegan Expressway

On Tuesday, March 9, 2021 at 9.56 a.m., police responded to a 911 call of a motor vehicle collision on the northbound Major Deegan Expressway in the vicinity of the 233rd Street exit, in Woodlawn Heights, in the 50th precinct.   Upon arrival, police observed a 58-year-old man with severe trauma to his head and torso.
