Building applications have been sent to the NYC Department of Buildings for a seven-story, mixed-use building at 1330 Blondell Avenue in Westchester Square, The Bronx, as reported by YIMBY, the architecture, construction, and real estate website on Saturday, April 10.   Located between Fink Avenue and Ponton Avenue, the lot is near the Westchester Square-East Tremont Avenue subway station, serviced by the 6 train. Nimrud Eyal of Exact Capital Group, under the Blondell Equities LLC, is listed as the owner behind the applications. YIMBY previously reported Blondell Equities filed a rezoning proposal for a nine-story, mixed-use structure at the site.

Friends of Aqueduct Walk Call on Volunteers to Join Clean-Up on April 10

Friends of Aqueduct Walk (FoAW) are hosting a clean-up event along the walk on Saturday, April 10, and are calling on volunteers to join their efforts. Highbridge: Woman Fatally Shot in Car, Man Shot in Leg
