The NYPD is appealing to the public for help identifying the person seen in the attached photo who they say is wanted in connection with an assault that occurred in the Olinville section of The Bronx.
Police said that on Sunday, Nov. 30, at around 10.12 p.m. a 34-year-old-male victim was in front of 3780 Bronx Boulevard when he had a verbal dispute with an unidentified individual. They said the person then displayed and discharged a gun, striking the victim once in the abdomen.
“The individual fled the location on foot, traveling southbound on Bronx Boulevard,” a police spokesperson said. “EMS responded and transported the victim to NYC Health and Hospitals/Jacobi in stable condition.”
Police said the suspect is described as male, has a dark complexion, and was last seen wearing an orange jacket, a black sweatshirt, and black pants and white sneakers.
